Welcome to this tiny BLOG part of our otherwise smart website that we put up laboriously. For time immemorial, we all have used honey for eating (or drinking). What used to come from the neighbourhood street-side honey-seller now comes in shiny glass bottles with colourful packings. The funny part is that we are thankful to these brands today to make this super-food available to us in convenience stores but had never showed any gratitude to those ragged street vendors. We also know that these  honeys  come to us after a long line of processes; but those street vendors had to just pluck it from a nearby (unwanted) honeycomb. But we fail to address the central question here – what about the content and quality of product that was then, and is now being served to us? Yes, my friend, THAT is the catch.
